KANABULEMU ORPHANAGE ORGANIZATION (KOO) is a charitable organisation located at Kanabulemu, Kyebe in Kyotera District. It is 30 kilometers off Mutukura Road, on Kanensero Road, 4 kilometers to Kasensero landing site on lake Victoria.KOO is committed to working with orphans: The vulnerable, disadvantaged, less privileged children on the street and also working with persons affected by physical, sensory, psychiatric, neurological, cognitive and intellectual disability, specifically Acquired Brain or Spine Injury, Cerebral Palsy, Dyslexia, Autism Spectrum (Including Asperger's Syndrome`}`, Down Syndrome, ADHD, PTSD.We help them become responsible, fruitful, fulfilled adult Christians, and productive citizens of Uganda.

OUR GOALS & OBJECTIVES

Children are tomorrow’s leaders and they have hidden talents. They need help, to develop these talents socially, economically, educationally, physically and spiritually. Kanabulemu Orphanage Organization works toward those goals by:

  • Reaching them in schools, homes and social centers with the love of Jesus. This will discourage children from leaving their homes and going to the streets.
  • Teaching children to be helpful to the communities where they live through community based activities.
  • Building a close relationship between the organization and the children. For instance: The children can contact the organization without fear case of danger, and receive help.
